Your new role
As part of a finance team focused on quality and strategic insight, this company outsources its management reporting. They are seeking an experienced management accountant to review and manage this process, primarily working in an analytical/partnering capacity to drive long-term value. Responsibilities include:

1. Managing the outsourced management reporting process
2. Conducting analytical reviews of financials, including preparing and presenting board packs
3. Performing variance and trend analysis to support business partnering initiatives
4. Collaborating with the Group FC to implement long-term process improvements
5. Partnering with operational budget holders
