Job summary

Early Years – The Organisation for Young Children in Belfast is seeking a Finance Manager to support the Head of Finance Services in delivering accurate accounting, payroll, and timely financial reporting. This full-time role runs 37 hours per week at the Belfast HQ, with a pro-rata salary of £40,554.90 to £43,532.22 per annum.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience using an accounting package to final TB and management accounts.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Finance Services in day-to-day finance operations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Operate payroll processing and budgeting controls.
• Contribute to financial planning and analysis.
