Job summary

ripple in Camden, London is recruiting a Finance Manager to own day-to-day reporting for ripple⁺ and Droplet across UK, US and Europe. You will ensure fast, accurate, audit-ready numbers and meet VAT, tax and statutory deadlines.

This is a hands-on, full-time, in-office role reporting to the Head of Finance. You’ll lead the monthly close, drive the management accounts timetable, and support the first statutory audit for FY2026 while partnering with external bookkeepers in India.

Qualifications

• Qualified with ACA/ACCA/CIMA and strong management accounting experience.
• Hands-on month-end close, reconciliations and accruals.
• Experience with statutory audits is preferred.
• Solid UK VAT knowledge; exposure to EU VAT/OSS and US tax a plus.
• Experience in SME/start-up, FMCG or e‑commerce environments.
• Proactive, process-driven with a drive to automate using AI.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly close for ripple⁺ and Droplet across UK, US and EU entities.
• Prepare management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support statutory audit for FY2026 with audit teams.
• Manage VAT, tax returns and group-wide compliance calendar.
• Strengthen internal controls and drive automation in processes.
