Job summary

MSP Talent Bridge Ltd is partnering with an independent business in London to appoint a Finance Manager who will run the day-to-day finance function. The role covers month-end close, management accounts, billing across four income streams, cash flow and compliance, with external review by a consultant before reports go to Directors.

You will line manage the Accounts Assistant and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Qualified or part-qualified in accounting (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with month-end close and management accounts is required.
• Proficient with cloud accounting packages and standard reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close, management accounts, billing and cash flow.
• Submit VAT returns and oversee payroll submissions.
• Maintain cost of sales and margin reporting by income stream.
• Line manage the Accounts Assistant and mentor junior staff.
• Provide timely reports to Directors and ensure internal controls.
