Job summary

OSI Systems, Inc. UK is seeking a Finance Manager to lead a small team and ensure robust financial reporting, control environments, and timely month-end close. You will own reconciliations, journals and performance analysis while partnering with senior leaders across the organisation.

You will drive continuous improvement, budgeting, forecasting and statutory reporting, including payroll, VAT and audit coordination, aligning with the company’s values and governance framework.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with CIMA, ACCA or ACA is essential.
• Proven experience in finance roles including FP&A, budgeting, forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is desirable.
• Experience leading finance teams (2+ years) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual close processes.
• Ensure timely management reports and balance sheet integrity.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive financial performance.
• Oversee payroll, VAT and statutory reporting and audits.
