Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role in the public sector.

Responsibilities

• Full preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Manage purchasing, payments, banking and income processes.
• Assist with month-end reconciliations (accruals/prepayments).
• Lead the operational finance function with professionalism and accuracy.
• Monitor budgets, risks, and compliance; provide financial analysis.
