We are expanding into the UK with our first manufacturing site for Membrane Electrode Assemblies.

Your Role with Us

• Oversee all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, cost accounting, and inventory accounting
• Ensure accurate allocation of overheads to inventories, analyze efficiency and effectiveness of overhead allocations, and manage inventory adjustments
• Prepare timely monthly financial statements ensuring compliance with IFRS and local reporting requirements
• Support budget preparation and financial forecasting, report variances, and analyze financial data to support decision-making
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls
• Coordinate external audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, supporting month-end and year-end closing processes

What You Should Bring

• Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in a similar role, ideally in manufacturing
• Ability to manage and optimize growing accounting, controlling, and tax processes
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Experience with inventory management and cost accounting
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems like proAlpha or SAP S/4HANA is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
