Qualifications

• ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles
• Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Able to prioritise and meet deadlines in a busy environment
• Confident communicator able to work across departments

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with accounting standards
• Manage month end and year end close processes, including journals, reconciliations and reporting
• Produce timely management information and financial statements
• Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Monitor cash flow and provide financial insight to support business decisions
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain GL integrity
• Assist with statutory reporting, tax compliance and external audits
• Maintain and improve financial controls, processes and systems
• Work with operational teams to analyse costs and improve financial performance
• Support finance projects and process improvements as required
