Caledonia Housing Association is seeking a Finance Manager to strengthen the finance function across our housing services. Based in Scotland with hybrid working options (Dundee or Perth), the role focuses on delivering high-quality financial management, building strong internal and external relationships, and driving value for money to support our tenants.

The Finance Manager will lead the team, manage income and expenditure, ensure regulatory compliance and provide strategic financial insight

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with senior-level experience in financial management.
• Experience leading and developing teams and driving continuous improvement.
• Experience ensuring compliance with tax, regulatory reporting and governance requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead all operational finance activities including income, expenditure and service charges.
• Provide timely and insightful financial information to support planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with Head of Finance to ensure tax, regulatory and reporting compliance.
