Job summary

Un client, une autorité locale basée à Wiltshire, recherche un Finance Manager- HRA pour un contrat temporaire de 6 mois. Ce rôle exige une expertise en Housing Revenue Accounts au sein d'un cadre gouvernemental local avec un taux journalier compétitif. Le candidat idéal travaillera trois jours par semaine au bureau et sera impliqué dans des activités de budgeting et de conseil conformément aux exigences législatives.

Qualifications

• Expérience approfondie des comptes de revenus de logement dans le cadre d'une administration locale.
• Expérience dans un environnement de gouvernement local.

Responsibilities

• Réviser et redresser le budget HRA conformément à la législation.
• Soutenir les projets du Conseil avec des coûts et des conseils légaux.
• Assister au processus de budgétisation HRA et à la production du plan d'affaires.

Our client, a Local Authority based in Wiltshire, is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager- HRA on a 6-month temporary contract. The position is due to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis.

The daily rate on offer is C.£400umb; the role will require office presence 3 days per week (there may be some flexibility for the right candidate).

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Housing Revenue Accounts within a Local Government setting.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Reviewing and redrafting the budget for HRA in accordance with Local Government Housing Legislation
• Supporting wider Council projects with costing and advising on HRA legal requirements
• Assisting with the HRA budget setting process and production of the business plan
• Ensuring expenditure, income levels and capital financing is determined in accordance with legislative requirements
• Interpreting, advising upon and implementing legislation and guidance
• Leading on the year-end closedown of accounts

Experience required:

• Extensive experience required in Housing Revenue Account
• Experience working within a local government setting

Working hours:

• 37 hours per week
• Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
