Job summary

Broster Buchanan have been retained to recruit a Finance Manager for a well established privately owned business in Felling, Gateshead. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be an all-round finance professional involved in monthly reporting, budgeting, product costing and variance analysis within a growing manufacturing/distribution environment.

Initially you would work on-site with a view to potential home-working days after a probation period.

Qualifications

• Team players with a collaborative approach are essential.
• Attitude and fit are valued over formal qualifications.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Monthly reporting and management accounts.
• Budgeting and forecasting.
• Product costings.
• Variance analysis around income and costs.
• Ongoing maintenance and development of finance and business systems.
• Maintenance of accurate financial accounting records and reconciliations.
