Job summary

A growing financial services firm in High Wycombe is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, lead a small finance team, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a qualification such as ACA/ACCA/CIMA and have significant financial management experience within an SME. Responsibilities

• Manage financial operations including monthly management accounts and budgeting.
• Provide financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Lead the month-end close process and ensure accuracy of records.
• Supervise preparation of management accounts.
• Monitor cash flow and manage working capital.
• Coordinate and manage external audits.
