A boutique financial services firm in the West End is seeking a Finance Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have ACCA/CIMA or ACA qualifications and will oversee responsibilities such as financial control, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. This role is essential as the company looks to diversify operations due to high revenue growth. The position offers a competitive salary of £60,000 – £65,000, a performance-related bonus, and a supportive working environment with 3 days in the office per week.

Qualifications

• Qualified in ACCA/CIMA or ACA with strong financial analysis skills.
• Experience or desire to work in the financial services sector.
• Proven ability to manage tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyse monthly management accounts prepared by outsourced providers.
• Collect and consolidate data for financial reporting.
• Prepare fund recharges with accurate allocations.
• Daily bank review and fund movement analysis.
• Manage accounts payable and communication with providers.
• Assist in regulatory requirements and group projects.
