Job summary

Brook Street Rebrand in Belfast is seeking a Finance Manager to own the finance function, lead a small team, and provide commercial insight to drive growth.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will deliver accurate reporting, maintain controls, and influence strategic decisions while developing processes and supporting ERP implementations.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting and analytics.
• Experience leading a small finance team and engaging stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day transactional finance across the group.
• Manage working capital and cash flow to support objectives.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and annual statements.
• Maintain robust financial controls and governance.
• Drive improvements in Sage Intacct and utilise Power BI for insights.
• Support tax returns, audits, and external auditors.
