Job summary

KC Group, a growing SME with a diverse range of sectors, is seeking a Finance Manager to own the finance function and partner with the Managing Director on strategic decisions.

You will evolve the finance team into a forward-looking, insight-driven function, delivering robust reporting, budgeting and forecasting to support growth and capital decisions. The role offers progression to Financial Controller as the business scales.

Qualifications

• Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or strong QBE candidates will be considered.
• Experience as Finance Manager, Financial Controller or similar.
• Background in an SME or entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the finance function and lead a small team, partnering with MD and leadership.
• Deliver accurate monthly management accounts with commentary on performance, risks and opportunities.
• Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts and cash flow management to support decision-making.
