Job summary

Rg Consultancy is recruiting on behalf of a successful, growing business seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join the finance team on a permanent basis. The role offers the chance to contribute to transformation projects and lead financial reporting, budgeting and cash-flow management.

You will work closely with operational managers to improve processes, control environments and deliver meaningful insights for senior management.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified, qualified, or qualified by experience (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Experience with ERP system implementation, finance transformation projects, or major system migrations.
• Experience managing finance processes during periods of business change.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience using modern ERP or accounting systems.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and production of monthly management accounts.
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliations and maintenance of financial controls.
• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Producing financial reports and providing meaningful insight to senior management.
• Cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
• Supporting year-end processes and liaising with external auditors.
• Managing and improving financial processes, controls and reporting.
• Business partnering with operational managers and directors.
• Supporting finance transformation initiatives and driving efficiencies across the finance function.
• Assisting with ERP implementation, system migration or finance system upgrades.
• Ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout periods of organisational change.
