Job summary

JSS is partnering with a leading fintech focused on the real estate sector to hire a Finance Manager. You will own a high-performing finance function, develop people and processes, and work closely with senior stakeholders to drive growth.

This hybrid role requires a hands-on, commercially minded leader who can balance strategy with day-to-day execution, coach a small team, and deliver timely management accounts and insightful financial reporting. Oxford office: one day per week.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with post‑qualification experience.
• Strong ability to manage and develop a finance team.
• Proven track record of delivering high‑quality financial reporting and insight.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small, high‑performing finance team and coach capability.
• Take ownership of the finance function, including systems, controls, processes and reporting.
• Produce timely monthly management accounts and key financial statements (half/Year end).
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insight and inform decisions.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and workflow standardisation for efficiency.
• Deputise for Head of Finance and provide leadership continuity.
