HRC Recruitment is partnering with a globally recognised, market-leading organisation to recruit an experienced Finance Manager to join their growing finance function in Glasgow. You will lead a team of finance professionals and own key reporting across multiple international entities, ensuring robust controls and accurate financial results.

The role requires a professional accounting qualification (ICAS / ACCA or equivalent) and experience in a multinational setting; knowledge of US GAAP would

Qualificações

• Professional accounting qualification (ICAS / ACCA or equivalent).
• Experience leading and developing a finance team.
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience within a multinational organisation.
• Knowledge of US GAAP is advantageous but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop a team of finance professionals.
• Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting across multiple entities.
• Review and analyse balance sheet performance and results.
• Support monthly financial and business reviews with key stakeholders.
• Ensure robust internal controls and financial reporting requirements.
• Collaborate across a complex, international organisation.
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Act as finance partner for projects and business queries.
