Qualifications
- Professionally qualified accountant with post-qualification experience in financial reporting, controllership, FP&A or similar finance environment.
- Proven leadership experience with developing and supporting high-performing teams.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge with governance and risk management understanding.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of finance professionals with an inclusive culture.
- Own the financial reporting and month-end close processes with strong governance.
- Partner with Commercial Finance, FP&A and business partners to provide insightful analysis and identify risks/opportunities.
- Strengthen control environment by embedding governance and managing audits.
