An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic Finance team at Harrogate and District NHS FT as a Finance Manager in the Commissioning and Costing team.

The Finance Manager will provide high-standard financial management, commissioning, costing, and contracting advice and support for the Trust. The post holder will support and advise Directors and Budget Managers within Clinical and Corporate Directorates. They will be a key member of the Senior Finance Team, supporting senior management within the Directorates.
The role involves delivering high-quality complex financial information in line with NHS guidelines and policies, including the National Payment System, Income reporting, and NHS commissioning regulations, to secure the Trust's income from commissioners.
The post also involves supporting financial planning, budget setting, contract monitoring, and the National Cost Collection process, including the ongoing development of Patient Level Costing.
The Finance Manager will provide guidance on complex, contentious, and sensitive financial issues, supporting strategic financial and business planning, and advising at all levels within the organization.
