Job summary

RECfinancial is exclusively partnering with a Rugby based business to appoint a Finance Manager. The role is based at an impressive office commutable from Coventry, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Daventry, Northampton and much of Leicestershire.

The Finance Manager will report to Senior Leadership and own the finance function in a busy, project-led engineering environment. The candidate will deliver monthly management accounting, budgeting, cashflow forecasting and drive profitability across teams.

Qualifications

• Budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Cashflow forecasting and analysis.
• Overseeing a small finance team.
• Finance business partnering to drive profitability.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts and post-month end reporting.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities across the business.
• Manage cashflow forecasting and treasury related work.
• Oversee a small finance team and provide coaching.
• Partner with operations/projects to influence decisions.
