Job summary

Felbridge Partners is seeking a hands-on Group Finance professional in Greater London. The role combines strong technical financial control with stakeholder management and a passion for using AI to drive efficiency in finance processes.

You will own month-end close, oversee group reporting, and partner with business leaders to ensure accurate, timely financial information while driving automation across the function.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with FS sector experience.
• Strong technical background in group reporting and consolidation.
• Proficient in IFRS/UK GAAP and audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close, group management accounts and consolidation.
• Maintain robust financial controls and regulatory compliance.
• Support statutory reporting and external audits.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure timely financial information.
• Identify opportunities to automate finance processes with data tools and AI.
• Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany accounting.
• Support regulatory reporting specific to financial services.
• Present updates to senior stakeholders and drive process improvements.
• Lead ad hoc projects and technical accounting matters as the business scales.
