Job summary

JSS is seeking a Finance Manager for AI & Data Analytics in Milton Keynes. You will oversee the financial narrative for loyalty programs, marketing campaigns, and major trade initiatives, converting complex data into executive-ready insights for senior leadership up to the Group CFO.

You will own data structures, develop robust forecasting models, and lead a team including one Analyst, delivering strategic financial reporting and KPI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in ACA/ACCA/CIMA with post-qualification experience.
• Advanced SQL and Power BI skills with experience on large datasets.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret non-financial KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Standardised reporting and ownership of Sales & Marketing KPI packs.
• Weekly trading pace reports across operational measures and Pillars like Loyalty.
• Produce financial content, trend analysis, and commentary for market announcements.
• Maintain centralized evaluation of promotions and events for ROI insights.
• Build and maintain budget/forecast models with dynamic assumptions.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for visibility into performance.
• Conduct campaign evaluation to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Ensure data integrity and timely management information outputs.
