Overview

I am currently recruiting for an employer of choice based in Milton Keynes who are looking for a UK Finance Manager to join their high performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly dynamic business with an incredibly successful Finance Director.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team - including training and development of staff members.
• Be responsible for Management Accounting and board reporting.
• Manage intercompany reconciliation process
• Control and prepare the annual budget (FP&A)
• Prepare monthly forecasts for the Business Leadership Team
• Manage and review P&L, support in the production of monthly flash reports
• Review and improve the monthly reporting process
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Prepare the UK statutory accounts, managing year end process
• Act as key liaison with external auditors

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA or overseas equivalent with at least a few years post qualified experience
• Prior hands on experience within a broad accounting role
