No1 Legal and Professional in the United Kingdom is seeking a Finance Manager with QBE or fully qualified ACCA/CIMA and strong commercial acumen to lead financial oversight for a software/technology client.

Responsibilities include working capital management, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and producing Management Accounts, plus monthly/quarterly analysis with the Finance Director. You will support the Audit team and VAT returns, with immediate interviews.

Competenze

• QBE or fully qualified ACCA/CIMA required.
• Experience with commercial acumen and financial oversight.
• Experience in finance within a software/tech environment is a plus.

Mansioni

• Undertake financial overview.
• Manage working capital and cash flow forecasts.
• Budgeting and forecasting.
