Job description

Axon Moore are supporting a fast-paced and established business in Leeds as they look to appoint a Finance Manager for a 12-month period.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a driven and commercially astute Finance Manager to work directly under the FD in a varied and hands-on role.

The key roles and responsibilities for this person will include:

1. Production of monthly management accounts
2. P&L reporting
3. Budgeting and forecasting
4. Weekly cashflow forecasting
5. Balance sheet management
6. Quarterly VAT returns
7. Coordination of the year-end audit
8. Liaising with external stakeholders
9. Commercial analysis
10. Managing a small team

The ideal candidate requirements for this role will include:

• Recognized accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Experience of working in a fast-paced finance team
• Effective communicator with stakeholders at all levels
• Team player

This is a long-term interim assignment with a June/July start.
