Job Description
- Oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Prepare and analyse budgets, forecasts, and financial statements to guide decision-making.
- Manage cash flow and provide strategic recommendations for financial optimisation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate cost allocation and financial planning.
- Identify areas for cost improvement and implement effective financial controls.
- Supervise and support the accounting team to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to senior management.
- Ensure proper management of tax, audits, and other statutory obligations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A strong background in Accounting & Finance, ideally within the property industry.
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in financial management systems and advanced Excel skills.
- A meticulous approach to financial reporting and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a finance team effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
