Job summary

Huntress is recruiting a Finance Manager to join a well-established SME in the manufacturing sector. This hands-on role is office-based and will oversee day-to-day finance functions and a small team.

You will be qualified or qualified by experience, with strong capabilities in accounting and commercial finance, and you will communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. The firm supports equal opportunity and requires the right to work in the UK.

• Qualified or Qualified by Experience with a finance background.
• Experience in manufacturing or similar environment is preferred.

• Proven experience with month-end close, budgeting and cash flow.

Finance Manager | Permanent | Office-based

Huntress are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join a well-established, SME in the manufacturing sector.

• Overseeing day-to-day finance operations, including month-end close, accounts receivable, cash flow and working capital
• Managing a small team (2)

• Maintain Financial Controls
• Liasing with external auditors

To be Successful in the role :

You will be Qualified or Qualified by Experience and will have been working in a Finance Manager role, ideally gained within a manufacturing or similar environment.

You will have a broad mix of both technical accounting and commercial finance. Experience of managing and developing a finance team is important, as is the ability to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
