Four Squared in Gloucestershire is seeking an experienced Group Finance Manager to lead the finance function across a multi-entity group. You’ll manage a team of four, own day-to-day finance operations, ensure robust controls, and drive reporting, budgeting and cash flow management.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on process improvement, increasing automation, and partnering with operational stakeholders to support growth and scale.

Qualifications

• Qualified with ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
• Experience as Finance Manager / Group Finance Manager.
• Strong management accounting and reporting background.
• Experience managing transactional finance teams.
• Commercial, hands-on and proactive approach.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced SME environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of four finance staff.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and group reporting.

Group Finance Manager

A growing, family-owned group business is seeking an experienced Group Finance Manager to lead its finance function during an exciting period of growth and development. Managing a team of four, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day finance operation across a multi-entity business, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting and the smooth running of a high-volume transactional finance function. This is a hands-on leadership role offering the opportunity to make a genuine impact. Alongside managing reporting, budgeting and financial controls, you’ll be tasked with driving efficiencies, improving processes and procedures, and helping create a more streamlined and scalable finance function.
