You will lead a team of three Management Accountants across three sites helping them develop into a high-performing finance team while partnering with the wider business to drive commercial performance.

• Leading, mentoring and developing a team of three Management Accountants across three sites.
• Reviewing monthly management accounts and ensuring high-quality, timely reporting.
• Improving financial controls, reporting processes and month-end delivery.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning.
• Partnering with operational leaders to improve business performance.
• Driving continuous improvement projects across the finance function.
• Providing commercial insight to support strategic decision making.
