A recruitment consultancy is seeking a Senior Recruitment Specialist & Director to provide strategic financial insights in a dynamic manufacturing setting. Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with UK GAAP/IFRS.
• Lead month-end close activities, including journals and reconciliations.
• Produce detailed management reports for senior stakeholders.
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing insight into performance trends.
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls across the finance function.
• Partner with operational teams to understand cost drivers, inventory movements, and production variances.
• Assist with statutory audit preparation and liaise with external auditors.
• Drive process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.

About the Role

Working closely with Finance, Operations, and Senior Leadership, you’ll ensure robust reporting, compliance, and analysis within a dynamic manufacturing setting.
