Broster Buchanan is partnering with a rapidly growing construction business based in Trafford to find a Finance Manager. You will play a key role in maintaining the company's financial health by overseeing various financial responsibilities. This position offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing Transactional Finance - AP/AR/Bank reconciliations
  • Overseeing invoicing and debtor management
  • Administering payroll processes
  • Planning and monitoring cash flow
  • Producing accurate and timely financial reports for the director
  • Liaising with external accountants
  • Completing VAT returns and supporting year-end accounts
  • Handling Companies House statutory requirements
  • Executing payment runs and liaising with HMRC
  • Managing online banking activities
Preferred Qualifications
  • CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified or Part Qualified
  • Proven experience in SME finance management, preferably in construction or subcontracting
  • Experience with system implementation/integration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
