Qualifications

  • Expérience dans un rôle similaire, gestion d'une équipe dans une entreprise moyenne/grande.
  • Compétences intermédiaires en Excel, y compris PivotTables et V-lookups.
  • Capacité à influencer le changement avec une approche proactive.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team in Luton to business partner and jointly manage the finance function. Your role is pivotal in providing accurate and timely financial information throughout the business.

As a Finance Manager, you’ll be:

  • Assisting with the preparation of statutory accounts for all Group companies and Group consolidation in accordance with financial reporting standards and best practices.
  • Responsible for day-to-day management and oversight of the Accounts Payable function.
  • Managing weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts to ensure the company’s working capital stays within agreed targets.
  • Working with internal stakeholders, including board members, to advise them on budget setting and monitoring, delivering excellent business partnering services.
  • Producing high-quality information, data, and KPIs, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and appropriateness for corporate reporting.
  • Handling ad-hoc analysis and projects to support business needs.

As a Finance Manager, you’ll have:

  • Experience in a similar role, leading and managing a team within a medium/large company.
  • Knowledge of accounting systems and intermediate MS Excel skills, including PivotTables and V-lookups.
  • Initiative and the ability to influence change with an investigative and proactive approach.
  • Resilience and adaptability to work through organizational change due to development and growth.
  • Ability to build trust and credibility, aligning with our company culture and values.
  • An accountancy qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA is preferred.
