Abacus Consulting is partnering with a leading professional services firm in Luton to recruit a Finance Manager who will replace the current incumbent and join the senior leadership team.

You will lead a finance team of six, oversee financial reporting, compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules, audits, governance, management and statutory accounts, payroll, and supplier contracts, all onsite in Luton.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a finance team with 6 direct reports.
• Experience in financial reporting and statutory accounts.
• Familiarity with Solicitors Accounts Rules.
• Experience with audits and governance controls.
• Payroll management and supplier contract oversight.
• Experience in the legal sector preferred.
• ACCA/ACA/CIMA or AAT qualification accepted (full or part).

Finance Manager - Professional services firm - Luton - £65,000-£75,% onsite

Abacus Consulting are delighted to be partnering a well established professional services business in Luton. They are looking for a Finance Manager to replace the current incumbent.

As the Finance Manager, you will work alongside the Senior Leadership team in the wider operational and financial management of the firm, with your day to day duties including: –

• Managing finance team on a day to day basis – 6 direct reports
• Financial reporting
• Compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules
• Audit
• Governance and controls
• Production of Management and Statutory Accounts
• Working closely with SMT
• Payroll
• Managing Supplier relationships and key service contracts

Our client would prefer candidates from a legal accounts background with all round accounting experience. Will consider ACCA, ACA and CIMA Qualified/Part Qualified and AAT Qualified candidates with relevant sector experience.

This is a permanent, full time role and 100% onsite in Luton
