The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills be detail orientated, and have experience and knowledge of Cargowise.

Work hours: Monday-Friday. Work from home. Remote position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Manage financial planning and budgeting processes
• Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure financial compliance
• Provide leadership and guidance to finance team members.
• The role includes overseeing Accounts Receivable.
• A strong understanding & working knowledge of Accounts Payable.

Specifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4 years proven experience as a Finance Manager.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
• Must have experience using Cargowise
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
• Relevant certification (e.g. CPA, CFA,AAT) is a plus
