About the Role

As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the preparation and management of monthly management accounts, profit and loss reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting. You will be a trusted finance business partner to operational teams across the business, ensuring that financial information is accurate, timely, and supports commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and oversee monthly management accounts.

Manage and review profit and loss accounts and balance sheets.

About You

We are looking for a qualified accountant who is confident working independently and can manage competing priorities effectively.

Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).

Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience.

Strong experience in both Management Accounting and Financial Accounting.

Experience managing profit and loss accounts and balance sheets.

Experience supporting and managing external audits.

Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Self-motivated and able to work proactively without close supervision.

Experience working within a fast-paced, profit-driven commercial environment.

Experience with COINS or similar ERP systems.

Strong business partnering experience with non-finance stakeholders.
