Office Angels in Kettering is seeking a Finance Manager to lead day-to-day financial operations and influence strategic decisions through insightful analysis.

You will manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting and controls, develop MI and KPIs, partner with department heads, and lead a small finance team to drive continuous improvement and commercial performance.

• A qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent).
• Experience in an SME or privately-owned business environment.
• Proficiency in cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Familiarity with financial systems and process improvements.
• Experience in multi-currency or international business environments.
