Job summary

The Norfolk Hospice is seeking a Finance Manager to assist the Associate Director of Finance in delivering the hospice's strategic aims. The role focuses on ensuring efficient financial management across the charity and supporting robust accounting and reporting.

Based at Tapping House, Hillington, Norfolk, the post emphasizes collaborative financial leadership within the team. Hours are 18–22.5 per week over 3 days, with contracted hours to be agreed at recruitment, and annual leave provisions

Responsibilities

• The Finance Manager will assist the Associate Director of Finance to deliver the strategic aims of the Hospice and help improve and streamline the practices and procedures of the finance team in delivering efficient and effective finance and accounting services to the Hospice.

Job description

• Location: Tapping House, Wheatfields, Hillington, Norfolk, PE31 6BH.


• Hours of work: 18 - 22.5 hours per week over 3 days - contracted hours to be agreed at point of recruitment


• Annual Leave: 25 days increasing to 27 after 5 years' service and 29 after 9 years' service + 8 days in lieu of public holidays (FTE)
