The Role

Support the EMEA Regional Controller with daily and monthly reporting of financial data into the US head office.

Job Title: Finance Manager

Reporting to: Regional Controller EMEA (RC)

Location: Fleet, Hampshire, UK

Hours of Work: 9am – 5.30pm, 37.5 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

1. Preparing and posting monthly accruals, prepayments and similar accounting entries.
2. Coordinating the preparation of budget and financial forecasting and reporting any variances.
3. Leading the analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and presenting findings to RC.
4. Managing an end-to-end audit process – acting as the first point of contact for external auditors.
5. Dealing with working capital management and production of cash flow forecasts.
6. Managing FX rates daily, across the different entities.
7. Monthly balance sheet review.
8. Reviewing/overseeing payroll processing for the UK, Netherlands & Germany.
9. Uploading TBs into Oracle for visibility into global ERP.
10. Preparation of global Management Pack.
11. Manage AR/AP/Trading balances between the UK, Netherlands & Poland.
12. Project profitability review & reconciliation down to GM.

Key Skills and Experience

1. ACCA or CIMA qualified.
2. A proactive approach to work.

5. An understanding of HMRC requirements and Incoterms.
6. Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Salary: Depending on background and experience.
