Job summary

Eutopia Search is partnering with a high-growth scale-up to build out its finance function in London. The Finance Manager will work with the Finance Director to design scalable financial operations and deliver the operational plan, moving beyond maintaining processes to shaping the function for rapid expansion.

You will own monthly management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, lead AP/AR/payroll/VAT, and partner with senior leadership on strategic decisions while driving system implementations

Qualifications

• ACA with Big4 or Top 10 background in audit.
• Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Enjoys building processes rather than inheriting them.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

Finance Manager | £75,000–£90,000 | London | Hybrid - 3 days in office

Eutopia Search are working with a high-growth scale-up that is building out it's finance function to support the exciting growth plans. This role will play a pivotal role in supporting the Finance Director build the infrastructure, and deliver the operational plan.

This isn't a role where you'll simply maintain existing processes, you'll build the finance function for the next stage of the business. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll create scalable financial operations, improve controls, implement systems, and provide the commercial insight needed to support rapid expansion.
