360-Recruitment is seeking a stand-alone Finance Manager role in the East Midlands, working closely with Directors to deliver financial clarity, project insight and commercial control. This newly created position offers autonomy to shape the role and accelerate your career.

The ideal candidate will be AAT qualified or ACCA/CIMA/ACA, with experience in engineering, construction or project-based sectors, and will produce monthly management accounts and support planning and decision making with

Qualifications

Experience in engineering, construction or a project-based sector.
Strong financial analysis and accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

Produce monthly management accounts
Present performance and trends to the senior team
Work directly with directors to support planning and decision making
Create cash flow forecasts for projects and the whole company
Act as the first point of contact for suppliers with payment queries
