Position Summary

We are looking to fill an open role within our Hardware Controllership Team, part of Product & Service Operations Finance Organization. Successful candidates will benefit from working within a large Finance team providing exposure to various areas of business across the globe.

Key Areas of Responsibility

1. Oversee processes, risks, and issues for Hardware Inventory Operations globally.
2. Manage the Risk Review Process for HW Operations.
3. Review balance sheet reconciliations globally, understanding risks and issues, and driving improvements.
4. Management reporting on cycle counts/other metrics for HW Operations.
5. Work with PWC and Internal Audit on SOX/PWC requirements for HW Operations.
6. Drive aged invoice follow-ups and timely collections.
7. Work with external consultants for timely completion of VAT Returns and VAT Reconciliations.

Required Skills/Certifications/Experience

1. Degree in Finance/Accounting.
2. 6+ years of related work experience.
3. Familiar with Microsoft Office Tools - Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
4. Very strong analytical skills with great attention to detail.
5. Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues in all areas and levels of the organization.
6. Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
7. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
8. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
