Job summary

Membership Bespoke is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager (Charity) to lead day-to-day financial operations, ensure robust controls and accurate reporting. The role is hybrid with three days in the office in Coventry and two days working from home, focusing on month‑end, payroll, VAT, Gift Aid and membership income while supporting budgeting and business partnering across departments.

• Confident user of Business Central or similar finance systems.
• Skilled in leading small teams and supporting non-finance colleagues.
• Highly organised, detail‑focused and comfortable working independently.

This role will suit someone confident managing day‑to‑day finance operations while improving processes, controls and reporting.
