Job summary

Une entreprise FMCG de premier plan recherche un Finance Manager expérimenté pour rejoindre son équipe. Ce rôle clé, basé à domicile avec des déplacements réguliers, vous permettra de soutenir un réseau régional tout en jouant un rôle stratégique dans la planification financière et la prise de décision. Vous serez chargé de fournir des analyses financières, de travailler avec des parties prenantes diverses et d'identifier des opportunités d'amélioration des performances.

Qualifications

• Comptable qualifié avec une expérience dans le secteur FMCG ou de fabrication.
• Capacité à communiquer efficacement et à influencer des parties prenantes non financières.
• Expérience en gestion de plusieurs priorités.

Responsibilities

• Collaborer avec les Directeurs régionaux pour fournir des informations financières.
• Livrer des rapports précis : budgets, prévisions, KPIs.
• Identifier les risques et influencer la prise de décision.

Hamilton Woods are working with a leading FMCG business looking for an experienced Finance Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to support a regional network, playing a pivotal part in strategic financial planning and operational decision–making.

The successful candidate will work closely with Branch Managers, Regional Directors, and the Head of Finance to drive commercial performance and identify areas of risk and opportunity across the region.

Key Responsibilties

• Partner with Branch Managers and Regional Directors to provide financial insight and challenge
• Deliver accurate reporting: budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and performance packs
• Identify risks, spot opportunities, and influence decision–making
• Analyse margins, monitor new business, and drive cost improvements
• Ensure strong financial controls, monthly balance sheet reconciliations, and accruals
• Support process improvements and ad–hoc strategic projects

Role Requirements

• Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
• Background in FMCG, manufacturing, or fresh produce
• Confident communicator who can influence non–finance stakeholders
• Advanced Excel and ERP system experience
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
