Are you a detail-driven finance professional looking for your next challenge in a growing business?

Axon Moore is partnering with an expanding organisation based in Bridlington, East Yorkshire, to recruit a Finance Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional to step into a key leadership role, reporting directly to the Managing Director and playing a vital part in shaping financial strategy and ensuring operational excellence.
The Role:

As Finance Manager, you will take full responsibility for financial reporting, statutory compliance, and team leadership, while also supporting the wider group with strategic financial insight.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the preparation and reporting of a portfolio of accounts
  • Managing the accounts payable team and ensuring timely payments
  • Overseeing statutory submissions and compliance requirements
  • Supporting the finance leadership team with reporting across the wider group
  • Driving improvements in processes, reporting and financial controls
About You:

We're looking for someone who is proactive, collaborative, and ready to take ownership of this critical role.

You'll ideally bring:
  • Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA)
  • Proven experience in a similar finance or management accounting role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel and confident use of financial systems
  • A high level of attention to detail, accuracy and organisation
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset
