Countryside Partnerships PLC is recruiting a Finance Manager for the Strategic Land team in Brentwood. You will report to the Strategic Land Head of Finance and drive budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow submissions while collaborating with operational colleagues to deliver accurate information to the Strategic Land Board.

The role focuses on supporting long-term land acquisition and promotion activity across the group, with a commitment to flexible working where possible.

We have a great opportunity for a Finance Manager to join our team within Strategic Land at our Brentwood office within Vistry Services. Reporting to the Strategic Land Head of Finance, you will support the business unit in providing insightful financial and commercial analysis to ensure that the business can progress towards achieving its long-term objectives. You will be responsible for all aspects of budgeting and forecasting including the annual budget process, the 5-year strategic plan and the short-term cashflow submissions. This is a broad finance role liaising closely with operational colleagues to ensure timely and accurate information is presented to the Strategic Land Board.

The Strategic Land team supports long-term land acquisition and promotion activity across the Group. The team works closely with regional business units and group planning colleagues.
