Responsibilities

• Pulling together weekly revenue and cost reports, managing journals, and providing the commercial team with the cost details they need.
• Analyzing weekly and monthly data to identify trends, track performance, and support smarter decision-making.
• Owning the cost and invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the WBS structure.
• Collaborating with the commercial team to address cost-related questions and implementing controls to maintain compliance.
• Leading on financial and cost reporting, and managing/supporting a Cost Analyst and Cost Administrator.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong data analysis abilities. Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience in a similar role or recent qualification in business, accountancy, or quantity surveying.
• Willingness to travel occasionally between offices; a full driving license is required.
