Job summary

IPS Group Limited is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager in Normanton to lead management accounts, oversee a transactional finance team and partner with the Financial Director on strategic reporting. Hybrid working with 3 days in office and 2 at home is available, and the role offers a competitive £50k–£60k salary.

A long standing privately owned group based in Normaton with a turnover of £60m is seeking an experienced hands on Finance Manager.

Reporting into the Financial Director, the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining finance operations and delivering management accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Preparation of management accounts with supporting analysis


• Managing a transactional finance team


• Be the point of contact for the external auditors
