Core Responsibilities

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Management Accountant will play a key role in shaping and developing cinch's Financial Reporting capabilities, processes, procedures, and control. This is an opportunity to develop a best-in-class finance function to support a growing business. Responsibilities include:

• Producing efficient, timely, and accurate internal financial reports
• Preparing and posting month-end journals
• Conducting general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities
• Participating in ad-hoc projects
• Assisting with internal and external audits

Candidate Profile

• Appropriate qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Background in financial and management reporting
• Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
• Strong, current technical skills
• Experience with inventory is desirable
• Experience in improving financial and operational processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Articulate, persuasive, confident, with sound intellect; a self-starter who combines professional rigor with practical business sense
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / Navision (preferred but not essential)
