Job summary

Global Consulting Firm is seeking an experienced M&A Finance professional to join its Transaction Advisory team in Manchester. You will work on high-profile domestic and international transactions, supporting CFOs and senior finance stakeholders on acquisitions, disposals, IPOs, mergers and other complex deals.

The role focuses on M&A finance, complex financials, transaction readiness and equity capital markets, including carve-outs and separation projects.

Qualifications

• Significant M&A / transaction experience across private and public transactions.
• Strong technical accounting and finance expertise.
• Experience leading teams and complex transaction workstreams.
• Experience with carve-outs, separations, combinations or transaction readiness.
• Proven ability to work with CFOs and senior finance stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

We are working with a leading global consulting firm that is looking to hire an experienced M&A Finance professional to join its growing Transaction Advisory team.

This is an opportunity to work on high-profile domestic and international transactions, supporting clients across acquisitions, disposals, IPOs, mergers, demergers and other complex transactions. You will work closely with CFOs, Finance Directors and senior management teams, providing hands-on finance and transaction support.

The role will focus on M&A Finance, complex financials, transaction readiness and Equity Capital Markets, with exposure to wider areas including carve-outs, finance operating models, controls and separation/combination projects.

We are looking for:
